CompanyCam's plans are designed to grow with your business — from a small crew just getting started to a large operation running multiple teams in the field. You can move between plans at any time.

Plan comparison

  • Core is designed for solo operators and small teams of up to 2 users who need essential photo documentation and job site tools without the complexity.

  • Crew is built for growing teams that want to standardize processes, collaborate more efficiently, and unlock more powerful AI and workflow tools across the whole company.

  • Scale is the best fit for larger operations that need advanced team management, deep customization, and client-facing tools to win more work and run a tighter business.

  • Enterprise is custom-built for organizations (50+ users) that need multi-location management, standardized workflows across regions, and a dedicated success manager — with tailored onboarding, quarterly business reviews, and priority access to beta testing.

Add-ons are optional features that can be added to your plan for an additional cost. They're billed separately from your base subscription and can be added or removed by contacting your Success Manager.

Marketing Suite

The Marketing Suite add-on gives your team tools to grow your business and win more jobs. It includes AI Social Media Content creation, Review Requests & Management, and Google Business Profile Sync — everything you need to build your reputation and stay visible online.

The Corporate Portal add-on gives larger organizations a centralized view across all of their accounts — ideal for franchises, multi-location businesses, or companies managing multiple crews under one umbrella.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

SSO lets your team log in to CompanyCam using your company's existing identity provider — like Okta, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Entra ID — making access easier and more secure. Available on Core, Crew, and Scale plans with Sales approval, and included on Enterprise.

FAQs

Can I change plans after I sign up?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings > Billing in your CompanyCam account. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens to my photos if I cancel?

Your photos are stored in CompanyCam for as long as you're a customer. If you cancel, you can download all of your photos before your account closes. See Cancel Your CompanyCam Subscription for step-by-step instructions.

How do I add or update my payment method?

You can manage your payment information 24/7 from Settings > Billing. See Add or Update Billing Information for a walkthrough.

I'm on an Apple App Store subscription. Can I manage my plan from there?

App Store subscriptions are limited to 3 users. To add more users or manage your plan directly, you'll want to switch to Direct Pay. See Transition to Direct Pay for instructions.

What's the minimum number of users per plan?

Core is available for 1–2 users only and cannot be expanded beyond 2. Crew and Scale start at a base of 3 users — if your team is growing past 2, Crew is the natural next step. Additional users can be invited to Crew and Scale plans at any time.

How do AI credits work?

AI credits are shared across your entire company — not assigned per user. Credits refresh monthly. Core plans include 20 credits/month, Crew plans include 100 credits/month, and Scale plans have unlimited usage. Credits apply to AI Checklists, AI Powered Files, and AI Pages features.
