Be sure to follow these instructions in order starting in CompanyCam. If you cancel the Apple App Store billing first there will be complications.

In order to make Billing changes in CompanyCam you need to have the Admin role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; <a href="https://help.companycam.com/en/articles/6828370-edit-user-permissions">here's what they'll need</a>.

Log into <a href="https://app.companycam.com/users/sign_in" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">CompanyCam</a> from the web or a mobile browser.

Click or tap your User Icon on the left menu and choose Billing.

Choose which plan you'd like, then confirm your updates.

2. Click or tap your User Icon on the left menu and choose Billing.
 
 
 
3. Select Compare Plans.
 
 
 
4. Choose which plan you'd like, then confirm your updates.
