Before you start
Permission Roles:
To make Billing changes in CompanyCam, you need the Admin role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission.
Platform Availability:
Transitioning to our Direct Pay plans can only be done on the web app.
Please Note
Be sure to follow these instructions in order, starting in CompanyCam. If you cancel the Apple App Store billing first, there will be complications.
On the web
Add payment in CompanyCam
Log in to CompanyCam from the web or a mobile browser.
Click on your User Icon, then choose Billing.
Select See Available Plans.
Choose which plan you'd like, then confirm your updates.
Note: You can toggle between monthly and annual subscription options:
