The number of AI Actions available varies by plan.
Permission Roles
All User Permission Roles have access to AI Features for Checklists.
Platform Availability
AI Features for Checklists are only available in the mobile app.
In the app
Create a Checklist
Tap into the Project you'd like to make a Checklist for.
Open the To-Dos Tab within the Project.
Next, tap on the + Icon.
Choose the Checklist from Voice option.
Talk out loud and describe what needs to get done. We'll build a Checklist based on what you describe.
You can tap on the blue Pause Button to pause your recording.
After you've paused your recording, you can tap Done if you're finished, and we'll then build your Checklist.
Complete a Checklist using Voice to Text
Tap into the Project that contains the Checklist you're working on.
Tap on the To-Dos Tab.
Open the Checklist you're looking to complete.
Tap the Microphone Icon to Talk to Complete the Checklist.
Talk out loud and describe what you've completed so far. You can tap the Camera Icon to the right of each Field and take photos while recording.
You can tap the Pause Icon to pause the recording, then tap Done when you are finished.
When you're done, we'll mark those described sections as complete.
