CompanyCam Support doesn't have a phone number. We're the quickest and most efficient on email and chat. We answer emails within an hour and chats within three minutes during business hours. Give us a try!

How to Chat with Support

On the Web

  1. Log in to CompanyCam from a web browser.

  2. Click on your User Icon at the top, then click Chat with Support at the bottom.

OR

  1. Click Chat with Support at the bottom of the left-hand toolbar.

  2. From here, click Ask a question.

In the app

  1. Open your mobile app and log in.

  2. At the bottom of the home screen, tap Chat with Support.

  3. From here, tap Send us a message.

Help Center

On the Web

  1. Log in to CompanyCam from a web browser.

  2. Click on Chat with Support at the bottom of the left-hand toolbar.

  3. From here, click Search for help.

  4. You can select a Collection to view the articles for that Collection or use the search bar at the top of the window to look for what you need!

In the app

  1. Open your mobile app and log in.

  2. At the bottom of the home screen, tap Chat with Support.

  3. Tap on the Help Tab to open the Help Center.

  4. Once inside the Help Center, choose a Collection to view some articles. You can also use the search tool to look for what you need.
