How to Chat with Support
On the Web
Log in to CompanyCam from a web browser.
Click on your User Icon at the top, then click Chat with Support at the bottom.
OR
In the app:
Open your mobile app and log in.
Tap on your User Icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
Tap on the Settings Icon.
Under the Help Section, tap on Chat with Support.
From here, tap Send us a message.

On the Web
Log in to CompanyCam from a web browser.
Click on Chat with Support at the bottom of the left-hand toolbar.
From here, click Search for help.
You can select a Collection to view the articles for that Collection or use the search bar at the top of the window to look for what you need!
In the app
Open your mobile app and log in.
Tap on your User Icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
Tap on the Settings Icon.
Under the Help Section, tap on Help Center.
Tap on a Collection to view the articles for that Collection, or choose the search icon at the top right corner of the screen to look for what you need!
