Before you start

  • AI features are only available on the mobile app.

  • The Walkthrough Notes feature is compatible with Offline Mode. If a Project is cached for Offline Mode, a User can create a new Page using Walkthrough Note and it will process and upload once the User regains an internet connection.

  • The Summary, Daily Log, and Daily Recap features are not compatible with Offline Mode.

  • Walkthrough Notes are only supported when English is spoken and detected.

Please Note:

Accounts on the Premium Plan:

  • Can use an unlimited number of AI Actions to create Pages.

  • The AI Actions are account-level features, available to all Permission Roles.

Accounts that are within their initial 14-day free trial, on the Pro Plan or on the Basic Plan:

  • Have access to 10 AI Actions. Once all 10 Actions are used, you'll be prompted to upgrade your subscription to the Premium Plan. To upgrade, you must have the Admin role.

  • The AI Actions are available to Users with the Admin, Manager, or Standard role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; here's what they'll need.

The Daily Log allows you to log a day's activity all in one place. This tool will pull together your work into an easy-to-read and editable Page. This way, you can quickly share daily updates back to the office or store a log of your progress. This feature will organize photos and summarize notes into a snapshot Page of information.
