Turn inconsistent, time-consuming marketing into a simple, streamlined workflow. Once you’ve created Showcases from your CompanyCam Projects, publish them across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and YouTube—right from your account.
Note:
To post your Showcases to social media, you must have the Marketing Suite subscription add-on.
Marketing Suite is only available on the web.
Showcase your work on social media
Note: only Admins and Managers can access the Marketing Suite.
Click Showcases on the left-hand side panel.
Click the + Showcase Icon.
Select a Project you'd like to Showcase.
From here, you can make changes to the Showcase Title, Description, Project Type, and Materials Used.
To add photos, click the Add Photos Icon. You can rearrange photos by dragging and dropping them into your preferred order.
To set a cover photo, hover over the image you’d like to feature and click the Make Cover Photo Icon.
Once you've made your changes, click Confirm.
Connect your socials by clicking + Connect Channel.
Once you've added your socials, click the dropdown menu and select one of the following:
As a Reel
As an Image
As a Carousel
Click Publish Now once you've made your selections.
Schedule Social Media Posts
Follow the same steps to create your Showcase on social media.
Click the dropdown next to Publish Now, then click Schedule for Later.
Select a date you'd like to schedule the post, then click Save.
Click the new scheduled date icon at the top.
Edit and manage posts
Click Showcases on the left-hand side panel.
Select a Showcase you want to edit.
Click Edit at the top right of the page.
Make your edits and click Confirm.
Update your social media channels and click Publish Now or Schedule for Later.
View social media analytics
Click Dashboard on the left-hand side panel.
From here, you should see your Marketing Dashboard, which will provide your social media analytics.
Manage social media channels
Click Dashboard on the left-hand side panel.
Click the Channels Icon at the top.
From here, you can add a new social media channel.
Click Manage Channels.
You can remove a social media channel by clicking Disconnect.
