Using the Marketing Suite Dashboard

Learn how to track post performance and see your Projects alongside their social posts in the Marketing Suite Dashboard.

The Marketing Suite Dashboard is where you track how your social posts are performing and see which jobs are driving the most activity. Your post analytics and your Projects live on one screen, so you can spot what's working without scrolling to find it.

This feature is part of the Marketing Suite Add-on and is only available on the web app.

Getting around the Dashboard

Note: Admins and Managers can access the Marketing Suite Dashboard.

To access the Dashboard, click on the Marketing Tab in the left-hand navigation menu and choose Dashboard.

Checking your Google Business Profile and Channels

The top right of the Dashboard shows a snapshot of your Google Business Profile on the left and the Channels you've connected on the right. Use it to keep an eye on your reviews and confirm where your Showcases can post, without leaving the page.

Where your rating and profile score come from

Your rating and profile score come from your connected Google Business Profile, shown here as Ascendant SEO. The stars are your Google rating and review count, and the percentage is your Google Business Profile score. Connect or switch this profile from the Marketing Tab. See Managing your Google Business Profile in Marketing Suite to learn more.

Your connected Channels

The row of icons represents your connected Channels: your Google Business Profile and social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube. These are the Channels a Showcase can publish to. If you've connected more than what can fit in the row, a count like +2 shows how many more are linked.

Viewing post performance

Once you start publishing, your post analytics start filling in. Adjust the time window to change the date range, then toggle between metrics to see how your posts are doing.

Seeing Projects and posts together

The Dashboard shows your Project's Showcases next to the social posts tied to each one. Sort by top performers to see which jobs drove the most activity.
