Viewing Individual Social Post Analytics in Marketing Suite

Learn how to track the performance of individual social posts you've published through Marketing Suite.

Marketing Suite now shows you how each social post performs after it goes live. Instead of logging into every platform separately, you can review impressions, engagement, and click data for individual posts directly in CompanyCam.


To view your social media post analytics, you must have the Marketing Suite subscription add-on.


To access Marketing Suite, you need the Admin or Manager role.

Log in to CompanyCam and under the Marketing Suite section in the left navigation bar, click Dashboard.

  1. Select the individual post you want to review.

  2. Your post analytics — including impressions and engagement data — appear in the post detail view.
