Showcasing a Project turns your job site photos into ready-to-publish marketing content. We pick your best photos, write platform-specific captions, and build a video reel automatically, so you can review everything once and publish it everywhere your business shows up online.
This feature is part of the Marketing Suite Add-on and is only available on the web app.
Showcase your work
Note: Only Admins and Managers can access the Marketing Suite.
Start a Showcase
Log in to CompanyCam on the web app, then click Dashboard under the Marketing tab in the left navigation bar. Click on Showcase a Project and select the Project you would like to showcase.
Customize a Showcase
We generate an SEO-friendly title, a Project Description, a Project Type, and photos curated using aesthetic scoring. Before you publish, you can:
Edit the description by clicking into the text box.
Click Add Photos to choose your own, or click the X on a photo to remove it.
Click the Cover Photo Icon to set your cover image.
Click the Arrow Icon next to Project Type or Materials Used to choose from a dropdown of options. This step is optional, but it improves SEO.
Click Add to Portfolio. Your Showcase is added to your Portfolio and you can now post it straight to social media. See Creating Posts for Socials for the full walkthrough.
Manage your Showcases
Click Portfolio under the Marketing Tab on the left navigation bar to view your full Showcase history. Toggle between:
Published — Showcases you've shared to your Portfolio.
Drafts — Showcases still in progress. Click the title to edit and publish it.
To delete a published or draft Showcase, click the title, then within the Showcase editor, click the 3 Dots Button to delete it.
To start a new Showcase from this page, click + Showcase a Project in the top right, then select a Project.
Manage Showcase Tags
Project Types and Materials Used are tags you add to a Showcase to describe the work and materials involved. Managing them here keeps your Showcases consistent and easier to find.
Click Portfolio under the Marketing Tab in the left navigation bar. Click the 3 Dots Button in the top right corner, then click Manage Showcase Tags.
Create a Project Type or Material
Toggle to Project Types or Materials.
Click Create Project Type or Create Material.
Type a name in the new row, then press Enter to save it.
To delete a tag from the list, click the 3 Dots Button to the right of the tag you want to remove, then click Delete.

Photos are selected using aesthetic scoring models and AI photo descriptions. The top-scoring photos are included automatically.

You can edit the AI-generated description by clicking into the text box on the Showcase editing screen to rewrite any part of the description before publishing.
Can I publish a Showcase again?

Once you have published a Showcase, you cannot publish it again unless you delete the original Showcase. Deleting the Showcase removes the Showcase from the CompanyCam records and lets you publish a new Showcase for this Project.
