Hover over a Project and click Showcase This Project.

To pick a Project not in the suggested list, click Showcase a Project below it.

Review the AI-generated Showcase. It includes an SEO-friendly title, a Project Description, Project Type, and curated photos selected based on aesthetic scoring. There is some customizing you can do here:

To add Project Type or Materials Used, click the Arrow Icon to the right of each section to display a drop-down of options. This step is optional but improves SEO.

Note: You can add, edit, and delete Project Types and Materials Used. These steps are detailed in the Manage your Showcases section.

Once you have added all the photos and details you want to include, click Confirm.

For Facebook and Instagram, choose Reel, Image, or Carousel.

Note: All connected channels are selected by default. Click the blue checkmark to the right of any channel you don't want to publish to.

To add a Call to Action on your Google Business post, click the Google Business card.

Edit the caption, select a Call to Action, if needed, and click Save.

To customize the social channel Reels or Videos you want to publish, click on a social channel card that offers a Reel or Video, then click Edit Reel to choose a Reel Template.

Select a Reel Template from the available options. Each Template card displays a design preview and the number of photos required.

To publish the Showcase right away, click Publish Now.

To schedule your Showcase to publish at a later date, click the Arrow Icon next to Publish Now, then click Schedule for Later...

From here, you can select the date on the calendar. To select today's date, you can click Today.

To update your Showcase publish time, click the hour and minutes fields separately. Each will reveal a dropdown of available options. Select your desired time and click Save.

Click Done on the confirmation screen.

Note: Publishing may take up to 20 seconds to render.

Log in to CompanyCam > Marketing > Showcases to view your full Showcase history.

Toggle to Published to see Showcases you've already shared and which channels they were sent to.

To delete a published Showcase, locate the Showcase you want to remove and click the Three Dots menu beside it, select Delete Showcase.

To start a new Showcase from this page, click + Showcase in the top right. Search for the Project you want and click its card to begin.

Toggle to Scheduled to see the Showcases you have scheduled to publish later. Click the Three Dots Button to Reschedule, Delete Scheduled Posts, or Delete Showcase.

Toggle to Drafts to see work in progress. To edit, review, and publish this draft, click the title of the Showcase. To delete the Showcase, click the Three Dots Button, and click Delete Showcase.

Log in to CompanyCam > Marketing > Showcases, click the Three Dots Button in the top right corner, then click Manage Project Tags.

From here, you can view, create, or delete Showcase Tags like Project Types and Materials that are used to describe your Showcases.

Toggle to Project Types and click Create Project Type to create a new type.

Toggle to Materials and click Create Material to create a new Material.

From here, a new row will appear. In the row that says Material Name, start typing. When you are finished, tap Enter on your keyboard, and the new Material will save.

To delete a Project Type or Material, click the Three Dots Button to the right and click Delete.
