Managing Social Media Posts

Learn how to edit social media posts, check social media analytics, and manage connected channels in Marketing Suite.

Once a post is live, Marketing Suite gives you a place to edit it, see how it performed, and manage which social accounts are connected.

This feature is part of the Marketing Suite Add-on and is only available on the web app.

Managing a scheduled Social Post

Admins and Managers can access the Marketing Suite.

Need to change the date or pull a post before it goes out? You can reschedule or delete any post that's still in a scheduled state.

Rescheduling a scheduled Social Post

  1. Click Social Posts in the left sidebar.

  2. Find the post in your list of scheduled posts and click the 3 Dots Icon next to it.

  3. Click Reschedule, pick a new date and time, then click Save.

Deleting a scheduled Social Post

  1. Click Dashboard in the left sidebar.

  2. Find the post in your list of scheduled posts and click the 3 Dots Icon next to it.

  3. Click Delete Scheduled Post, then confirm.

Manage social media channels

  1. Click Dashboard in the left sidebar.

  2. Click the Channels icon at the top.

  3. Click Manage Channels.

  4. Click Disconnect next to any channel you want to remove.

FAQs

Can I connect a social account to each location?

Social media accounts can't be connected to individual locations. Each platform supports 1 account, and it applies across your whole CompanyCam account.

Can I schedule posts for different times per platform?

Scheduled posts go out at the same date and time across every connected platform. You can't stagger them by channel right now. They post all at once.

Can I reschedule or delete a post after it's been scheduled?

Scheduled posts can be rescheduled or deleted at any time before they go out. Open Dashboard, find the post, click the 3 Dots Icon, then choose Reschedule or Delete.
