A Project is where you organize photos, notes, and details for a specific job. Creating one takes just a few taps, whether you're standing at the job site or setting things up back at the office.
Note: All User Permission Roles can create a Project. Restricted Users can only see Projects they've created or been assigned to.
On the web
Log in to CompanyCam, then click + Create in the Project Feed.
Select + New Project or Use a Template.
Note: Project Templates are available on select plans. Upgrade your plan to use them.
Search for the Project's address or business name in the Project Address field, or enter it manually. If you don't know the address, click Place a Pin to drop a pin on the map, or click the GeoFence icon to draw a GeoFence instead. Use a pin for a residential home or small commercial Project. Use a GeoFence for a larger Project or longitudinal construction. Click each point on the map where you want the GeoFence to bend, then close the shape to finish.
Edit the Project details on the left, then click Create Project.
In the app
Tap the + Button, then choose Create Project.
If you're standing at the Project location, tap Confirm. If you're creating the Project elsewhere, use the search box to find the address or business name instead.
Edit the Project details as needed, then tap Create Project at the bottom of the screen. You can now start taking or uploading Project photos.

Admin, Manager, and Standard Users can see all Projects on a company account. Ask an Admin on your account if you need one of these roles.
