Need to send photos to a customer? You can share a handful of photos, every photo in a Project, just one photo, or a live link that updates as new photos come in. Whoever gets the link can view and download the photos without logging in to CompanyCam.

Share a Gallery
A Gallery link allows anyone to view or download only the photos you selected to share. They will have the option to download all the photos at once.
Log in to CompanyCam and open the Project you'd like to share photos from.
Hover over each photo thumbnail you want to include in the Gallery and click the Square Icon (upper left corner of each photo) to select the photos.
Click Share from within the menu at the top of the page.
Choose Share Gallery of Selected Photos.
Decide if you'd like to share photo details and/or descriptions with the Gallery.
Click Get Link.
Click Copy Link and then paste the link into an email, text message, etc.
Share all photos from a Project
Open a Project.
Click Share in the upper right corner > Share All Images.
Decide if you'd like to share photo details and/or descriptions with the Gallery.
Click Get Link.
Click Copy Link or use the quick share buttons for Facebook or Email.
Share a Project Timeline
A Project Timeline is a LIVE link! Share this link with a customer and they will be able to see each new photo as it is taken in the Project.
Click on a Project that you'd like to share.
Click Share > Share Timeline Link.
Decide if you'd like to include Photo Descriptions within the Timeline Link.
Click Copy Link and paste it into an email, text message, etc. This link allows your customer to see every photo from this Project in real time.
Hide Photos from a Timeline
Select the photo(s) you'd like to exclude from your Project Timeline.
Click Actions in the banner that appears at the top of the screen.
Click Hide in Project Timeline.
You will now see the Hidden Icon at the top right of each hidden photo.
Disable a Timeline Link
Click on a Project that has a Timeline link that you'd like to disable.
Click Share > Disable Timeline Link.
No further action is needed. The link will no longer allow access to the photos.
In the app
Share a single photo
Open any photo and tap the 3 Dot Icon in the lower right.
Choose Share.
Select a method to share the photo (text, email, etc.).

From the slide-up menu, choose Share Gallery.
Decide if you'd like to share photo details and/or descriptions with the Gallery, then tap Generate Link.
Choose an app to share with when the dialog box opens or tap Copy, then open a text message or email, and Paste the link to send!

A Project Timeline is a LIVE link! Share this link with a customer, and they will be able to see each new photo as it is taken in the project.
Open a Project.
Tap on the Share Icon.
Tap Share Project Link.
Choose an app to share with when the dialog box opens, or tap Copy, then open a text message or email and Paste the link to send!
Hide Photos from your Timeline
Open a Project and scroll down to the Photos Section.
Tap the Select Photos Icon.
Choose the Photos you'd like to hide and then tap on the Three Dots Icon at the bottom of the page.
From the slide-up menu, choose Hide in Project Timeline.
You will now see the Hidden Icon at the bottom right of each hidden photo.

Gallery Links can not be disabled on the User's end. If you were looking to deactivate your Gallery Link, please reach out to our Support team.
Can I stop a Timeline link from updating with new photos?

There isn't a way to prevent new photos from being in your Timeline Link automatically. If you want to stop sharing, disabling the Timeline Link will no longer show any photos, new or old.
