When a Document is ready, you can send it to a customer or teammate by link or export it as a PDF. This article covers both.
On the web
Sharing a Document
Open the Document you want to share, then click Share in the upper-right corner.
Click Copy Link and paste it into an email, text message, or anywhere else you need it.
Exporting a Document to PDF
Open the Document, then click Export PDF at the top.
Note: When you export a Document, it's automatically saved as a PDF in the Project. This is helpful if you need to request Signatures on the PDF.
In the app
Sharing a Document
Open the Document you want to share and tap the Share Icon at the top.
Tap Share Link (copy it and paste it into an email, text message, or anywhere else)
Exporting to PDF
Open the Document you want to export and tap the Share Icon at the top.
Tap Export PDF.
While exporting the Document, you can enable the optional toggle and save the PDF to your Documents.

The cover page can be included when you export from the app. Add the cover page to your Document first, then choose to include it during export.
