Knowify is a business management platform for tradespeople and subcontractors, covering budgeting, bidding, job costing, and invoicing. Connecting your CompanyCam and Knowify accounts links a Knowify Job to a CompanyCam Project, so the Job's details carry over automatically and your CompanyCam photos stay one click away inside Knowify.

How the integration works
Knowify and CompanyCam connect from the Integrations page in Knowify's Admin settings. Once connected, creating or opening a Job in Knowify lets you create a matching Project in CompanyCam, or link to an existing Project that already shares the same name. The Job's name, address, and client contact information carry over into CompanyCam to populate the Project.
Photos and videos you capture in CompanyCam stay in CompanyCam. Rather than copying files into Knowify, the integration adds a link to the CompanyCam Project's gallery in the Job's Documents tab, so your team can open or share those photos directly from Knowify.

Creating a CompanyCam Project from a Knowify job
To create a CompanyCam Project from a Job in Knowify, follow Knowify's guide: How to Create a CompanyCam Project for a Job. If a Project with the same name already exists in CompanyCam, Knowify prompts you to sync with that Project instead of creating a new one. A Job address is required to create or sync the Project.

Sharing CompanyCam photos with customers from Knowify
Once a Project is linked, its CompanyCam gallery appears as a remote link in the Job's Documents tab in Knowify. From there, you can attach that link to outgoing customer documents, like invoices, so clients see your project's photos without leaving Knowify.
