Before you start
Sharing Gallery and Timeline links is not available on Basic. If you'd like to add Gallery and Timeline link sharing to your CompanyCam account, you'll want to upgrade your plan. This can be done in Billing under Pricing Plans.
Please Note
Gallery Links can not be disabled on the User's end. If you were looking to deactivate your Gallery Link, please reach out to our Support team.
On the web
Share a Gallery
This link allows anyone to view or download only the photos you selected to share. They will have the option to download all the photos at once.
Log in to CompanyCam.
Hover over each photo thumbnail you want to include in the Gallery and click the Square Icon (upper left corner of each photo) to select the photos.
Click Share from within the menu at the top of the page.
Choose Share Gallery of Selected Photos.
Decide if you'd like to share photo details and/or descriptions with the Gallery.
Click Get Link.
Click Copy Link and then paste the link into an email, text message, etc.
Share all photos from a Project
Open a Project.
Click the Share in the upper right corner > Share All Images.
Decide if you'd like to share photo details and/or descriptions with the Gallery.
Click Get Link.
Click Copy Link or use the quick share buttons for Facebook or Email.
Share a Project Timeline
A Project Timeline is a LIVE link! Share this link with a customer and they will be able to see each new photo as it is taken in the Project.
Click on a Project that you'd like to share.
Click Share > Share Timeline Link.
Click Copy Link and paste it into an email, text message, etc. This link allows your customer to see every photo from this Project in real time.
Hide Photos from a Timeline
Select the photo(s) you'd like to exclude from your Project Timeline.
Click Actions in the banner that appears at the top of the screen.
Click Hide in Project Timeline.
You will now see the Hidden Icon at the top right of each hidden photo.
Disable a Timeline Link
Click on a Project that has a Timeline link that you'd like to disable.
Click Share > Disable Timeline Link.
No further action is needed. The link will no longer allow access to the photos.
In the app
Share a single photo
Open any photo and tap the Three Dots Icon in the lower right.
Choose Share.
Select a method to share the photo (text, email, etc.)
Share a Gallery
Open a Project.
Tap the See All Button to view all photos.
Tap on the Create/Share Button.
Select Share Gallery of Selected Photos or Share Gallery of All Photos.
If you choose to Share a Gallery of Selected Photos, you will need to tap on the Circle Icon to select the photos you'd like to share.
Next, tap the Share Icon in the bottom right corner.
Decide if you'd like to share photo details and/or descriptions with the Gallery, then tap Generate Link.
Choose an app to share with when the dialog box opens or tap Copy, then open a text message or email, and Paste the link to send!
Share a Project Timeline
A Project Timeline is a LIVE link! Share this link with a customer and they will be able to see each new photo as it is taken in the project.
Open a Project.
Tap on the Share Icon in the top-right corner of the Project.
Select Share Project Timeline.
Choose an app to share with when the dialog box opens, or tap Copy, then open a text message or email and Paste the link to send!
Hide Photos from your Timeline
Select a Project and tap See All in the Photo section of your Project.
Tap Select.
Select the photo(s) you want to exclude from your Project Timeline and tap the Three Dots Icon at the bottom right.
Tap Hide in Project Timeline.
You will now see the Hidden Icon at the bottom right of each hidden photo.
