Inviting Users to your CompanyCam account brings your crew into one place, so everyone can see the Photos, Projects, and updates they need. Add someone in a couple of taps and pick what they can access.
On the web
Note: Admins and Managers can invite Users.
Log in to CompanyCam, then click the + Icon at the top of the left sidebar and choose Invite New Users. You can also open the Team Tab and choose Invite Users.
Type or paste an email address and press Enter. Add as many as you need.
Click Review Invites.
Choose a Permission Role for each User from the dropdown. Standard is the default.
Click Send Invites.
In the app
Admins and Managers can invite Users.
Tap the + Icon at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Add User.
Choose how you want to invite:
Contacts: search and tap the people you want, confirm their phone number and/or email, then tap Send Invitation.
Manual: enter the User's info. They'll get an email or text to finish setting up their account.
Note: Once a User accepts their invite, you can view their activity and edit their permissions anytime.

An email address can only be linked to one CompanyCam account at a time. If you see an "Email address has already been taken" error when inviting someone, that person already has an account. They'll need to contact our Support team to free up their email before you can invite them.

Each User you invite is added as a billable User on your account. Before you send an invite, check your billing page to see if you have any empty seats and what an added User costs.

The invited User gets a text and email with a link to accept the invitation and finish their account. They create their own password then.
