Accepting a User Invitation

Your company can invite you as a User to their CompanyCam account. Once the invitation is sent, here's how to accept it:

Before you start

  • To ensure you get connected to your company's account, please wait until you receive your User invitation to begin the following process of setting up your User.

On the web

  1. If your invite was sent via email, check your inbox. If you don't see it right away, you may need to check your spam or junk folders.

  2. Click Accept Invitation.

  3. Clicking the link will redirect you to set up your User.

  4. Fill out the rest of your information, create a password, check that you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and click Finish Account Setup.

  5. From here, you'll be logged into your account so you can start taking photos!

In the app

  1. Check your email or texts for an invite from CompanyCam and tap on the email.

    Note: Cell phone carriers may block invitation links when sent via text because the messages are being detected as Spam. If you're having trouble receiving links via Text, we recommend reaching out to the User who sent the invitation initially and asking them to send the invitation via Email as a workaround.

  2. Tap Accept Invitation.

  3. Selecting the link will redirect you to create your account.

  4. Fill out the rest of your information, create a password, check that you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and click Finish Account Setup.

  5. From here, you'll be prompted to Download CompanyCam if you haven't installed the app yet.

  6. Once downloaded, open the app and tap Allow Paste if prompted.

  7. Now you'll be able to log in to your account!
