When someone leaves your company, deactivating them removes their access to CompanyCam without deleting their work. Their photos, videos, Projects, Reports, and comments all stay in your account, you just stop paying for their seat.
On the web
Note: Admins and Managers can deactivate Users. Managers can deactivate Users with the Manager, Standard, or Restricted role, but not an Admin. At least one Admin must always stay active on the account.
Log in to CompanyCam and open the Team tab in the left-hand toolbar. Find the User you want to deactivate, click the three-dot icon next to their name, then click Deactivate.
In the app
Note: Admins and Managers can deactivate Users from the app too. The same role limits apply as on the web.
Tap My Team on the home screen. Find the User, tap the three dots next to their name, then tap Deactivate.
