Connecting and Managing Social Accounts for Each Location

Learn how to connect a social account to each location, how fallback works when a location has no account connected, and how to disconnect a channel.

Each location can connect its own social accounts, so posts and profiles match the right branch. If a location doesn't have an account connected, CompanyCam falls back to another location's account so nothing gets stuck.

This feature is part of the Marketing Suite Add-on and is only available on the web app.

Connecting a social account

Note: Admins and Managers can connect a social account.

  1. Under the Marketing tab of the left-hand navigation menu, click Locations.

  2. If you're working with multiple locations, click Switch Location and select the location you want to connect to social accounts.

  3. Scroll down to the Social Channels section and connect your channels.

How fallback works

If a location doesn't have a connected social account, CompanyCam uses an account from another location instead. For example, if a location has no Facebook account connected, it can fall back to a Facebook account from another location.

Managing connected accounts

Need to remove a channel or reconnect a different account? You can manage connected channels from the Dashboard.

  3. Click the Channels icon at the top of the page.

  4. Click Manage Channels.

  5. Click Disconnect next to any channel you want to remove.
