Plan requirements
Marketing Suite is a paid add-on ($99/month) available on any CompanyCam plan. Contact our support team or your Account Manager to get started. New accounts include a 14-day free trial.
Permission roles
To access Marketing Suite, you need to have the Admin or Manager role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission.
Platform availability
Marketing Suite is only available on the web app.
Connecting your Google Business Profile
Important: To get the most out of Marketing Suite, we recommend connecting your Google Business Profile. Don’t have one yet? No problem — you can skip this step for now and jump straight to connecting your social channels. You can always connect your Google Business Profile later. Need help setting one up? Check out these step-by-step instructions for creating a Google Business Profile.
Log in to CompanyCam > Marketing Suite > Dashboard, then click Connect Google to Get Started.
Click Sign in with Google.
Check the box to allow CompanyCam to see, edit, create, and delete your Google business listings. Click Allow.
Select the Google Business Profile locations you want to include. Click Select Locations.
Click Continue on the confirmation screen.
Click Continue again when your portfolio is confirmed as ready.
Click the + next to any social media platforms you'd like to connect to, then log in to each account when prompted. When you're finished, click Continue — or select Skip to connect your accounts later.
You'll land on your Marketing Dashboard. Setup is complete.
Note: You can connect multiple Google Business Profile locations in step 3. You can add or remove social accounts at any time under Marketing Suite > Settings.
Connected social platforms
Marketing Suite supports the following platforms. You must have login credentials for each account you want to connect.
Facebook (personal page or Business page)
Instagram (Business or Creator accounts)
X (personal or business accounts)
TikTok (all accounts)
LinkedIn
YouTube
To disconnect a platform, go to Marketing Suite > Settings and click Disconnect next to the account you want to remove.
