Permission Roles:
To connect your CompanyCam account to your Google Business Profile, you need to have the Admin or Manager role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission.
Requesting Reviews is an account-level feature and is available to all permission levels.
Platform Availability:
Connecting your CompanyCam account to your Google Business Profile must be done through the web app.
Once set up, Requests for Reviews can be made on both the web and mobile app.
On the web
Log in to CompanyCam.
Open the Project that you would like to request a Review for.
In the upper right-hand corner, click Request Review.
Optional: Click into the Text Box to edit the prefilled message and/or add photos from your Project to the request by clicking + Photos.
Select Copy Review Link to copy the unique URL to share with your customer.
In the app
Open a Project and tap on the Menu Button.
Tap Request Review.
Optional: Click into the Text Box to edit the prefilled message and/or add photos from your Project to the request by clicking + Add.
Select Scan QR to share with your client in person, OR select Send Link and share the link via text message or email.
Customer Preview
Customers who access your Review Link or QR code will have the option to download and save any photos you attach. They can then select "Review Us on Google" to be directed to leave a review.
** Photos added to the Review Request will not automatically attach to the Google Review. If the customer would like to include the photos in their Review, they must download and attach the photos to the Review. **
Connecting to your Google Business Profile
Log in to CompanyCam.
From the left-hand navigation bar, click Reviews.
Click + Connect Google Business.
Use the Search Bar to search for your business and click on your business name.
Verify your company information and click Connect. Note: This may prompt you to sign in to Google and verify your Google Business account.

No, Project Collaborators can not send a Review Request. They must be sent from an established User on the company's account.
