A Review Request sends your customer a link to leave you a Google Review, straight from the Project you just finished. Attach a few photos from the job to jog their memory, and use requests to build up your online reputation.
This feature is available on select plans.
On the web
Open the Project you want to request a review for.
Click Request Review in the upper-right corner.
Optional: edit the message in the Text Box, or click + Photos to add photos from the Project.
Click Copy Review Link, then share the link with your customer by text, email, or however works best.
In the app
Open a Project and tap the three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner.
Tap Request Review from the menu that appears.
Optional: edit the message in the Text Box, or tap + Add to add photos from the Project.
Tap Scan QR to share with your customer in person, or tap Send Link to share by text or email.
What your customer sees
When your customer opens the Review Link or scans the QR code, they can download and save any photos you attached. They'll see an option to review you on Google.
Important: Photos added to a Review Request don't automatically attach to the Google Review. Your customer has to download the photos and attach them manually to include them.

Project Collaborators can't send Review Requests. Requests must come from an established User on your company's account.

Reviews can't be approved before they post. Every review your customer submits through CompanyCam, positive or negative, goes straight to Google.
