Project Tasks are quick to-dos you can add to a Project. Add one from the Project, from a photo or video, or on the go from My Stuff. Need detailed field information, step-by-step instructions, or work assigned to specific Users? Use a Checklist instead.
Note: Project Tasks are best for simple, one-off to-dos — up to 100 per Project. If you need to capture detailed field information, step-by-step instructions, or assign work to specific Users, use a Checklist instead.
