Project Collaboration lets you and another company share access to the same Project. Once a company sends you a Collaboration invite, accept it to view and add photos and comment on the Project alongside their team, from the web or the CompanyCam app.
On the web
Note: Admins, Managers, and Standard Users can accept a Project Collaboration invite.
If you don't have a CompanyCam account
Open the invite from your email inbox. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it right away.
Click the link in the email, then click Sign Up - It's Free.
Enter your information and click Create Company to accept the invite and start collaborating.
If you already have a CompanyCam account
Open the invite from your email inbox, then click Accept and Start Collaborating.
In the app
Note: Admins, Managers, and Standard Users can accept a Project Collaboration invite.
Note: Cell carriers sometimes block Collaboration links sent by text, flagging them as spam. If you're not receiving a text invite, ask the sender to resend it by email instead.
If you don't have a CompanyCam account
Tap the link you received by text or email.
Tap Download CompanyCam if you don't already have the app installed.
Open the app and tap Allow Paste if prompted.
Tap Sign Up a New Company to create your account.
Fill out your company's information, then tap Get Started to accept the invite and start on the Project.
If you already have a CompanyCam account
Tap the link you received by text or email. If you're not signed in, tap Sign In to Accept the Invitation, then tap Accept and Start Collaborating.
What Collaborators can do
Collaborators can:
Add photos. Collaborators can upload photos directly from their computer or camera roll, or take photos directly in CompanyCam.
View photos. See every photo in the Project, including photos added before you joined as a Collaborator, and share any of them with clients, subcontractors, or others.
Comment. Leave comments on the Project for your team or the collaborating team to see.

Re-accepting an invite after a Collaboration ends
Ask the owning company of the Project to generate a new Collaboration invite once your previous Collaboration has ended.
Accept the new invite using the same steps listed above for your platform.
Look for two versions of the Project after accepting: the old, ended Collaboration Project (marked with a Collaboration Ended badge) and the new Collaboration Project.
Important: Upload photos and interact with the new Project, not the one marked Collaboration Ended.

Collaboration invites expire after 7 days. If you haven't accepted within that window, the inviting company needs to send a new one from that Project. You'll need a separate invite for each Project you want to access.
