Offline Mode keeps you working when the jobsite has no signal. Take photos and videos, complete Checklists and Project Tasks, and create Pages without a connection. Everything you capture sits in a queue and uploads on its own once you're back online.
This feature is only available on the mobile app.
Taking photos and videos
Tap the Camera icon at the bottom of the home screen.
Select the Offline tab, then choose the Project you want to work on.
Take your photos or record your video, then tap Done.
A banner appears on the home screen reading "(#) items waiting to upload - waiting for connection." Once you reconnect, the upload starts on its own.
Completing Checklists
Open the Project before you lose signal, then tap the To-Dos section and open the cached Checklist you want to work on. Take photos and complete Fields the same way you normally would. Your progress uploads once you're back online.
Note: You can only complete Checklist Fields you opened before going offline. You can't create, edit, or delete a Checklist in Offline Mode.
Completing Project Tasks
Open the Project before you lose signal, then tap the To-Dos section. You can view and complete existing Project Tasks, and they'll sync once you're back online.
Creating a Page
Open the Project before you lose signal, then tap the Documents section.
Tap the + icon.
Tap Page.
Tap + New Page and build your Page.
Once you're back online, the app uploads your Page.
Creating a Walkthrough
Open the Project before you lose signal, then tap the Documents section.
Tap the + icon.
Tap Page, then tap Walkthrough.
Build your Walkthrough the same way you normally would. For the full flow, see Using AI Features for Pages.
Once you're back online, the app uploads your Walkthrough to Pages.
Clocking in and out
Tap the + icon on the home screen.
Tap Clock In.
Choose Select a Project or No Project.
Tap Take a Clock-In Photo or Skip.
Tap the Tracking Time icon at the top when you're ready to clock out.
Tap Take a Clock-Out Photo or Skip.
Your entry uploads to your time sheet once you're back online. Clock-in and clock-out photos go into the same upload queue as the rest of your photos.
