Builder Prime is a CRM, estimating, and production management tool built for contractors. Builder Prime built and maintains this integration, so the connection is made on their side. Once it's set up, you can tie a Builder Prime project to a CompanyCam Project, and the photos your crew takes in the field show up on the job without anyone emailing or texting them over.
This feature is only available on the web app.
How the integration works
Each User connects their own CompanyCam account from inside Builder Prime. After that, a Builder Prime project gets linked to a CompanyCam Project, either automatically by address or manually.
Once the two are linked, photos from that CompanyCam Project appear on the Builder Prime project's Photos tab, and the photo count there includes them. Any annotations, markups, and comments from CompanyCam come across with the photos. Comments sync both directions and land right away, so a comment added in Builder Prime shows up in CompanyCam and vice versa.
Setting up the integration
Note: You must have Admin or Manager permissions in CompanyCam to set up this integration. Check with your Builder Prime admin for the equivalent role there.

Every Builder Prime User who needs photos to sync connects their own CompanyCam account. Connecting one account doesn't cover your whole team.
Once you're connected, link a Builder Prime project to a CompanyCam Project and confirm the photos appear on the Photos tab.

Linking a Builder Prime project to a CompanyCam Project
Builder Prime tries to match automatically. When you create or open a Builder Prime project that isn't linked yet, it looks for a CompanyCam Project with the same street address. If exactly one matches, it links them for you and there's nothing else to do.
If nothing matched, open the Builder Prime project's Info tab and use the CompanyCam link near the bottom. Search your CompanyCam Projects by work site address or Project name, then click Link. If the Project doesn't exist in CompanyCam yet, create it and link it in a single step from the same window.
After they're linked, the CompanyCam Project name shows on the Info tab. Click that name any time to link a different Project or to unlink.

Documents, Checklists, Tasks, and Reports don't sync between CompanyCam and Builder Prime. The integration covers photos and everything attached to them: annotations, markups, and comments.
If you save a copy of a CompanyCam photo into Builder Prime, that copy is a separate file. Later edits or comments in CompanyCam won't reach it.

Comments sync both directions on a linked photo, and they land immediately. A comment left in Builder Prime appears in CompanyCam, and a comment left in CompanyCam appears in Builder Prime.

Every Builder Prime User who wants photos to sync connects their own CompanyCam account. The connection is per User, not per company, so a new hire won't inherit it.

Photos not appearing usually comes down to one of these:
The Builder Prime project isn't linked to a CompanyCam Project yet
The User who took the photos hasn't connected their own CompanyCam account
The connection needs a reset, which you can do by disconnecting and reconnecting in Builder Prime
If it still doesn't sync after reconnecting, contact Builder Prime.
