Dataforma is a business management platform built for commercial roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors, giving your team one place to manage jobs, work orders, and client records. Connecting CompanyCam to Dataforma lets you upload photos and photo comments from your CompanyCam Projects directly into the Documents section of any Dataforma project, work order, or anywhere else Dataforma supports file uploads. You'll need an active account with both CompanyCam and Dataforma to connect the two.
This feature is only available on the web app.
How the integration works
Connect your CompanyCam and Dataforma accounts from within Dataforma. Once connected, you can upload photos and photo comments from any CompanyCam Project into the Documents section of a Dataforma project, work order, or anywhere else Dataforma's upload feature is available. You do this from within Dataforma—CompanyCam doesn't automatically sync data back to Dataforma.
Setting up the integration
Note: Admins and Managers can connect the integration. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your account for help.
