Automations let you schedule recurring tasks so the Assistant handles them without you having to remember. Set one up by describing what you want in chat — the Assistant takes it from there and runs it on the schedule you set.
This feature is in Beta. Request to join the waitlist for access.
What automations can do
Automations run on a time-based schedule. When describing what you want, it helps to include:
What it should do — summarize photos, post a reminder, create a report
When it should run — every Friday at 4 PM, every weekday at 9 AM
Where it should live — which Project it should run in, if applicable
A few examples of what you can set up:
"Post a weekly progress summary every Friday at 4 PM on the Walker Remodel project"
"Remind my team to clock in every weekday at 9:15 AM on the 1887 Donald Street project"
"Every Monday morning, summarize new photos and completed tasks across all active jobs"
Once an automation is running, it appears on your Automations tab with its trigger, last run time, and next scheduled run.
