Admins and Managers can control who has access to a Page, just like they can with Files. Use this to limit visibility or editing on sensitive job documentation and keep the right people working on the right Pages.
Managing Access to Pages
Note: Only Admins and Managers can create and manage access to Pages.
On the web
Open the Project and click on the Pages Tab.
Find the Page you want to manage, then click the 3-Dots Icon to the right side of the Page.
Select Manage Access.
Set who can view or edit the Page, then save your changes.
In the app
Open the Project and tap the Documents Tab.
Find the Page you want to manage and tap the 3-Dot Menu.
Tap Manage Access.
Set who can view or edit the Page, then save your changes.

Sharing creates a link you can send to anyone outside your team. Managing access controls which members of your team can view or edit the Page within CompanyCam.

No. Only Admins and Managers can manage access to Pages. Standard and Restricted users can view Pages they've been given access to, but can't change permissions.

Managing access controls internal team permissions only. It doesn't affect shareable links that have already been sent out.
