If you've already got Text Snippets saved, you can insert them in 3 places: photo descriptions, Reports, and Pages. Pick the right spot below and follow the steps.
On the web
In a photo description
Log in to CompanyCam > open a Project > click on a photo.
In the panel to the right of the photo, click Edit in the Description area, then click Use Text Snippet. In the pop-up, select the Snippet you want to insert.
In a Report
Log in to CompanyCam > open a Project > navigate to the Report you want to work in.
Click into a Section Summary or photo text box, then click Use Text Snippet. Select the Snippet you want to insert from the pop-up.
In a Page
Log in to CompanyCam > open a Project > navigate to the Page you want to edit.
While editing the Page, click the Text Snippets icon in the toolbox. Select the Snippet you want to insert from the pop-up.
In the app
In a photo description
Open CompanyCam > navigate to a Project > tap a photo to view it.
Tap Add a description, then tap Snippets. Select the Snippet you want to insert from the menu.
In a Report
Open CompanyCam > navigate to a Project > tap the Documents Section > tap the Reports tab > open your Report.
Tap into a Section Summary or photo description area, then tap Snippets.
Select the Snippet you want to insert from the menu.
In a Page
Open CompanyCam > navigate to a Project > tap the Documents Section > tap the Pages tab > open your Page.
While editing the Page, tap the Snippets icon. Select the Snippet you want to insert from the menu.
