Pages let you build a custom Invoice right inside a Project, so you can bill a client without leaving CompanyCam. Start from a pre-made Invoice template, customize it to match the job, then share it or export it as a PDF.
This feature is available on select plans.
On the web
Open a Project you want to create an Invoice for.
Click the Documents Tab.
Select + Create and Create Page.
Click More Templates on the blank Page that generates.
Type "invoice" in the search bar and select one of the pre-made Invoice Example Templates.
Click the Template name to review, then select Use Template to add it to your Project.
Customize the Invoice using the editing tools at the top of the Page: header size, bold, italic, underline, color, checkbox, bulleted list, numbered list, text snippets, insert link, add photos, add table, undo, and redo.
Click Share at the top of the Page to send the Invoice to your client, or click Export PDF to download it.
Note: Exporting a Page as a PDF automatically saves it as a separate File in your Project. That means you can request signatures on it or sync it to any integration that supports Document syncing.
