Create a Price Book for Proposals (Beta)

Create a centralized Price Book to create consistent Proposals across your Projects and streamline your workflow.

Before you start

  • This feature is currently in a closed Beta. Access to this beta, pricing, and plan availability are subject to change.

  • Proposals are not available on Legacy or Basic plans. Upgrade your plan to take advantage of this feature.

  • You will need to have the Admin or Manager permissions role to edit and manage Price Book line items.

  • Standard and Restricted Users can access Line Items when building a Proposal.

Please Note

In order to access this feature, you must have the Payments feature set up within your account. If you haven't onboarded into Payments, here's how.

On the web

Create Line Items

  1. Click on the Payments Tab within the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Click on the Price Book Tab.

  3. To add an item to your Price Book, click + Add Item.

  4. Next, add a Name, Description, and Unit Price.

  5. Once you're done, click Add Item to add it to the Price Book.

Edit and Manage Line Items

  1. Click on the Payments Tab within the left-hand navigation menu.

  2. Click on the Price Book Tab.

  3. Find the Line Item you want to manage and click on the Three-Dots Icon to the right of the item.

  4. From here, you can click Edit to update the Line Item or click Delete to delete it.

After you've created your Price Book, it's time to create a Proposal!
