FAQs

What are effective uses for Project Labels?

Project Labels are best used to add context or attributes to individual Projects, not to group multiple Projects together.

Project Labels are helpful for things like:

  • Indicating a Job Status (e.g., Active, On Hold, Complete)

  • Identifying the type of Project (e.g., Residential, Commercial, Warranty)

  • Quickly filtering Projects using the mobile Sticky Filter

For organizing large jobs with multiple locations, units, or phases, Project Groups are the recommended solution. Project Groups let you bundle related Projects into one unified view and see progress across the entire job in one place. You can then use Labels and Tags for additional organization within that structure.
