Merchynt is a Google Business Profile marketing platform built around Paige, its automated marketing tool. Paige uses your photos to optimize your Google Business Profile, post to your Facebook and Instagram pages, and generate marketing videos. Connecting CompanyCam to Merchynt sends the photos you tag in CompanyCam straight to Paige so it can put them to work without any manual uploading.
This feature is only available on the web app.
How the integration works
Merchynt connects to your CompanyCam account so tagged photos flow into Paige, Merchynt's automated marketing tool. This is a one-way sync: information moves from CompanyCam to Paige only, and nothing you do in Paige changes anything back in your CompanyCam Projects.
Once a photo reaches Paige, Merchynt uses it to optimize your Google Business Profile, post to your Facebook and Instagram pages, and build marketing videos for platforms like YouTube.
Setting up the integration
Note: You need Admin or Manager permissions in CompanyCam to connect Merchynt. Check with your Merchynt admin for the equivalent role there.

Sending photos to Paige
Tag a photo Marketing in CompanyCam, or let CompanyCam auto-tag it Before and After, and it sends to Paige within seconds.
To send a photo that's already in CompanyCam, add the Marketing or Before and After tag to it. Paige imports it as soon as the tag is added.
Once a photo reaches Paige, Merchynt renames the file, adds geotags for the area you want to rank in, and writes a meta description — so it's ready to use without more work on your end.

Photos only import to Paige if they're tagged Marketing or Before and After in CompanyCam. Confirm the tag is on the photo, then check that the CompanyCam integration is still active in Paige under Automations > Upload Images > Integrations. If photos still aren't coming through, try disconnecting and reconnecting CompanyCam in Paige.
