RealWork Labs is a marketing and reviews platform that turns your completed jobs into online visibility for your business. Connecting CompanyCam to RealWork automatically sends your Projects and the photos you capture into RealWork, where they're used to build job stories, publish photos to your website, and trigger review requests. You can also import your past Projects to bring in your existing job history.
This integration is available on all plans and is only available on the web app.
How the integration works
Once you connect CompanyCam to RealWork through RealWork's OAuth setup, your Projects sync to RealWork as jobs. Each synced job carries over its photos, location, contact details, and description, so RealWork has everything it needs to build a job story.
You can also import up to 500 past Projects when you first connect, or choose a specific date range or quantity of historical jobs to bring in. In RealWork, you can set CompanyCam tags that control which Projects import and when to send review requests, and RealWork automatically maps your existing Google reviews to the matching synced jobs.
Setting up the integration
Note: Admins and Managers can connect the RealWork integration in CompanyCam. Check with your RealWork admin for the equivalent role there.

Configuring what syncs to RealWork
After you connect the integration, set up your sync preferences directly in RealWork:
Set CompanyCam tags to trigger when a Project imports as a job (for example,
realwork) and when to send a review request (for example,request review).Choose whether all media syncs or only media with specific tags, and set its visibility as public, private, delayed, or AI-determined.
Turn on AI-generated job descriptions if you want RealWork to write them for you.
Import historical Projects by date range or quantity, and let RealWork auto-match them to your existing Google reviews.
