Topline Pro is a marketing and website platform built for home service businesses like roofers, general contractors, and landscapers. Connecting CompanyCam to Topline Pro lets you tag your project photos in CompanyCam and have them sync automatically to your Topline Pro website and photo library. Once connected, you can also pull those same CompanyCam photos into social posts, marketing graphics, and other content across Topline Pro.
This feature is only available on the web app.
How the integration works
You connect the two accounts from the Topline Pro app, either from the Home page or under Settings > Connections. Once connected, CompanyCam automatically creates an Add to website tag in your account. Tag any photo with it, and that photo syncs to Topline Pro in a couple of seconds, appearing in your Topline Pro photo library with a small CompanyCam icon on it.
From there, you can pull tagged CompanyCam photos into Topline Pro by Project or Tag anywhere you add photos, including website galleries, Digital Media assets, and Project Showcases. Photos flow one way, from CompanyCam into Topline Pro. Nothing you do in Topline Pro syncs back to CompanyCam.
Setting up the integration
Note: You need Admin privileges in CompanyCam to connect Topline Pro. Check with your Topline Pro admin for the equivalent role there.

Adding CompanyCam photos throughout Topline Pro
Anywhere in Topline Pro where you add a photo, click Add Photo, then select Import from CompanyCam. Filter by Project, Tag, or both to find the photos you want. You can use these same imported photos in Digital Media assets and Project Showcases to promote your work.
