Plan Requirements:
Adding Photo Comments and Project Conversation messages is available on all plans.
Translations are available on select plans. If you're interested in access, our team is available to help walk you through your options.
Permission Roles:
All Users have the ability to add Photo Comments and Project Conversation messages.
Platform Availability:
Adding Photo Comments and Project Conversation messages is available on both the web and the mobile app.
Translations are available on both the web and the mobile app.

How to use the Project Conversation
Log in to CompanyCam.
Open the Project that you and your team are working on.
Click on the expandable Side Bar Icon on the right side if it's collapsed.
In the Project Conversation, click on the Comment Box to leave a note.
If needed, you can @mention Groups or individual team members within your message. To do this, you can either click on the @ Icon or type @ on your keyboard when commenting. Team members who are @mentioned will receive a notification depending on their notification settings.
Type your comment and click Post.
7. Note: If a comment was left in a language other than the User's device's settings, Users are able to switch back and forth between the original and translated comment. Click See Original or See Translated.
How to add a Photo Comment
Log in to CompanyCam.
Open the Project that you and your team are working on.
Open the photo you'd like to comment on.
Under the Comments section, click on the Comment Box to leave a note.
If needed, you can @mention groups or individual team members within your message. To do this, you can either click on the @ Icon or type @ on your keyboard when commenting. Team members who are @mentioned will receive a notification depending on their notification settings.
Type your comment and select Post.
Note: If a comment was left in a language other than your device's settings, you'll be able to switch back and forth between the original and translated comment. Click See Original or See Translated.

What messages can I translate?
Translations are available for Photo Comments and Project Conversations. Comments left in any language are translated into either English or Spanish, depending on the User's default language settings.
