The home screen is your starting point in the app. From here, you can jump to your Projects, check recent activity, manage your account, and more.
This feature is only available on select plans and is only available on the mobile app.
The top bar
The top bar gives you quick access to search, notifications, and your account.
Tap the Search Icon to find Projects by name or address. Tap the Notifications Icon to see recent activity across your account. Tap your User Icon or the ≡ Icon to open your profile sidebar.
Quick-access tiles
The Quick-access Tiles below the welcome message take you to key areas of the app. Swipe the row to see them all:
My Stuff: your personal photos, documents, and activity
Map: a map view of all your Projects
Team: your team members and user groups
Portfolio: your company's portfolio view
Customers: your Customer library
Time: your time entries
Boards: your team's Project Boards
Projects
The Projects section is where your Projects and Project Groups live. Tap See All to open the full Company Feed, or use the filters to switch between Nearby, Recent, Starred, and Latest Activity.

Updates
Note: Admins and Managers see the Updates feed.
The Updates section shows recent photo activity across your Projects, so you can see what your crew is up to without opening each job one at a time. Tap All Photos in the section header to see everything in one place.
A photo card shows who added the photos, which Project they belong to, when they were added, and up to 8 photos. If the group has more, the last thumbnail shows how many are left.
At the bottom of each photo card, tap the Comment Icon to start a discussion, tap Share All to build a shareable gallery of those photos, or tap the ··· Icon to jump straight to the Project.
Photo comments appear in the feed as their own cards, showing the Project name, the comment, and the photo it was left on. Tap Reply to join the discussion. If someone mentions you, their @mention appears in blue.
The floating island
The bottom bar is available from the home screen and throughout the app.
Tap on the + Icon to create a new Project. Tap the Camera button to take a photo. Tap the Sparkle button to create a Walkthrough Note.
The profile menu
From the profile menu, you can Edit Profile, Switch Accounts, open Settings, chat with our Support Team, find your referral link, manage Users and user groups, and sign out.

The Updates feed shows photos, videos, and photo comments from your 100 most recent Projects within the last 90 days. Task and Checklist completions don't appear in the feed.

The feed loads 10 cards at a time, with more loading as you scroll.
Why does some text appear above the photos on a card?

That text comes from the photos themselves. If one photo in the group has a description, the card shows it. If several have descriptions or comments, the card shows a short summary instead. If none of them have descriptions, no text appears.

Share All opens Gallery Settings, where you can choose whether to include photo details and descriptions, then tap Share to send a link to the gallery.

All Admins, Managers, Standard Users, and Restricted Users can open the home screen. What each User sees inside their Projects depends on their role.
