Quick Caption is only available in the mobile app.
Creating Quick Captions in CompanyCam is an account-level feature and is available to all Permission Roles.
This feature is compatible with Offline Mode. However, the transcription will not be shown. Once you're back online, the transcription will process and save to a photo in the description.
AI Quick Caption is only supported when English is spoken and detected.
User experience may vary if you are included in a Closed Beta for this feature. Please reach out to our Support Team if your in app experience doesn't match the one pictured here.
How to enable or disable AI Quick Caption
In the app
Navigate to the Camera View from the Home Screen or within a Project.
Tap on the Settings Icon.
Open All Camera Settings.
Scroll down to the More Section and toggle Quick Caption on/off.
How to use AI Quick Caption
In the app
Navigate to the Camera View from the Home Screen or within a Project.
Confirm that AI Quick Captions is enabled within your app settings.
Tap the Capture Button, to take a photo.
Once the photo has been taken, tap on the Microphone Icon and dictate a description of the photo.
Once finished, tap Done to save your Quick Caption.
When your work is complete tap Done within the Camera View.
