Requesting Payments

Learn how to set up Payments and request a payment from a customer using a payment link, Tap to Pay, or manual card entry in CompanyCam.

Payments lets you collect money from customers without leaving CompanyCam. Set up Stripe once, then send a Payment Request your customer can pay by link, by Tap to Pay, or by card you enter for them.

Note: Payments are available on Pro, Premium, and Elite plans. It isn't available on Basic. Upgrade your plan to turn it on. Payments are only available in the United States. Accounts in a trial can set up Payments, but can't create or send Payment Requests until the trial ends and the account upgrades.
