Before You Start
Assigning Checklists to Users is not available on Basic or Pro. Upgrade your plan to take advantage of this feature.
Admins, Managers, and Standard users can assign Checklists to users. If you do not have one of these roles, reach out to your Admin.
Assigning Users to Checklists is only available on the web right now. You will need to use a web browser on a computer or phone to assign Users.
Checklists cannot be assigned to Project Collaborators.
Open any Checklist in a CompanyCam Project that you'd like to assign Users to.
Click on the Assign button underneath the Checklist's title.
Search and Select the Users you'd like to assign to the Checklist.
Once assigned to a Checklist, each User will be notified and once they tap on the notification, it will take them to the assigned Checklist.
Open any Checklist in CompanyCam that you'd like to unassign Users from.
Click the name of the user you'd like to Unassign from the Checklist.
Select Unassign next to the name of the User you'd like to unassign from the Checklist.
