How the integration works
Creating a Job in Workiz automatically creates a matching Project in CompanyCam, pulling over the Job's address and Workiz Job ID. From there, photos your team takes in that CompanyCam Project sync back to the Workiz Job's Attachments section. Job creation only flows one direction (Workiz → CompanyCam), and photo syncing only flows the other direction (CompanyCam → Workiz) — CompanyCam Projects don't create Jobs in Workiz, and attachments added directly in Workiz don't sync into CompanyCam.
Setting up the integration
Note: You need the Admin or Manager role in CompanyCam to confirm this connection.
Log in to your Workiz account and go to Settings.
Scroll down to the CompanyCam tab and click it.
Click Connect Workiz and CompanyCam, then confirm your CompanyCam account when prompted. You're now connected.
