Markate is CRM and field service management software built for home service and remodeling businesses. It helps teams manage schedules, estimates, invoices, and work orders from one dashboard. Connecting CompanyCam to Markate lets you attach photos from your CompanyCam Projects directly to a Markate Estimate, Invoice, or Work Order.
This feature is only available on the web app.
How the integration works
Connect your CompanyCam and Markate accounts from Markate's Connectors menu using an Admin login for both platforms. Once connected, you can pull CompanyCam photos into any Markate Estimate, Invoice, or Work Order, and access your full CompanyCam photo library without leaving Markate.
Photos move in one direction, from CompanyCam into Markate. You choose which CompanyCam Project to pull photos from, or create a new CompanyCam Project directly from Markate, then select the photos to attach. Nothing syncs automatically — you decide when photos get added to each entry.
Setting up the integration
Note: Admin permissions are required in both CompanyCam and Markate to connect the integration. If you don't have the Admin role in CompanyCam, ask an Admin on your account for access.

Markate includes the integration at no extra cost during your CompanyCam trial. After your trial ends, Markate adds $10 a month for unlimited users to your monthly Markate bill.

Adding CompanyCam photos to a Markate entry
Open any Estimate, Invoice, or Work Order in Markate and scroll to the CompanyCam Photos section near the bottom of the entry. You can add up to 100 CompanyCam photos to a single entry.
