Canceling Your CompanyCam Subscription

Learn how to cancel your CompanyCam subscription from the Billing page in the web app, and what happens to your content after canceling.

You can cancel your CompanyCam subscription anytime. This article walks through how to cancel and what happens to your account and content afterward.

You can only cancel your subscription in the web app.


Cancel your subscription

Note: To cancel a subscription, you need the Admin role.

  1. Log in to CompanyCam from a web or mobile browser, click your User Icon, then choose Billing.

  2. In the Current Plan card, click Cancel Plan.

  3. On the Cancel your subscription screen, select a Cancellation Reason and add any optional comments.

  4. Click Cancel Subscription to confirm. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period.


FAQs

Will CompanyCam save my content after I cancel?

Your content isn't deleted if you cancel and reactivate later, so your photos and Projects will be there if you come back. This may change in the future, so we recommend downloading your photos before canceling if you want a local copy.

Will I lose access as soon as I cancel?

You keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to a canceled state, and you're welcome back anytime.

Can I get a refund when I cancel?

Refunds depend on your plan. Monthly plans stop billing at the end of your current cycle, and annual plans are non-refundable but keep access until renewal. See Understanding the Annual Subscription Policy for the full annual policy.
