Integrating CompanyCam with Procore

Connect CompanyCam and Procore to manage your job site documentation easier than ever before!

Connecting CompanyCam and Procore means every new Project you create in Procore automatically creates a matching Project in CompanyCam, so your job site photos and Files stay in sync between the two.

This integration is only available on the web app.

What is Procore?

Procore is the all-in-one construction management software built to help you finish quality Projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Setting up the integration

Note: You must have Admin permissions in both CompanyCam and Procore to set up this integration.

  1. In the left-hand navigation, under Integrations, click App Marketplace.

  2. Find Procore and click it.

  3. Click Connect.

  4. Click Continue to link your Procore account to CompanyCam.

  5. Checkmark the box that confirms you are the Company Admin or the app has been installed.

  6. Click Log in with Procore, then enter your Procore credentials if you aren't already signed in.

  7. Click Allow to authorize the connection.

  8. Confirm the Procore company you want connected to CompanyCam.

  9. Once connected, the Procore card will show Connected, with a Disconnect option available if you ever need to turn the integration off.

How the integration works

Anytime you create a Project in Procore, CompanyCam creates a matching Project automatically. The CompanyCam Project carries a Procore label so you can tell it's linked.

  1. Create a Project in Procore.

  2. A matching Project is created in CompanyCam automatically.

  3. Capture photos and upload Files to the CompanyCam Project. They'll appear in the Procore Project's Documents tab.

FAQs

Does connecting the integration import my existing Procore Projects?

Yes. When you first connect, CompanyCam syncs over your active Procore Projects and creates matching Projects in CompanyCam. Any Project created after that point syncs automatically going forward.

Why isn't my Procore Project showing up in CompanyCam?

If your Procore Project isn't showing up in CompanyCam, check that the integration still shows Connected on your Integrations page. If it's connected and a new Project still isn't appearing, contact our Support team.
