GAF Project is sales software for roofing contractors, covering lead management, digital measurement, inspection, estimating, proposals, e-signature, and payments in one tool. Connecting it to CompanyCam automatically brings your Projects and job site photos into GAF Project, so your documentation lives alongside your estimates and proposals. How the integration works
Once connected, GAF Project automatically pulls data from CompanyCam — there's no manual export or upload step. Creating a Project in CompanyCam creates a matching Job in GAF Project with that Project's name and address, and updates you make to the Project in CompanyCam keep the GAF Project Job current. Photos you add in CompanyCam are also pulled into the Photos tab on that same Job. Sync only flows in one direction, from CompanyCam into GAF Project — GAF Project doesn't push Jobs, updates, or photos back into CompanyCam.
Note: If you connect other third-party programs to GAF Project alongside CompanyCam, you may end up with duplicate records in GAF Project.
Setting up the integration
Note: You need the Admin role in CompanyCam to authorize this connection. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your CompanyCam account for permission.
Log in to GAF Project, then click Setup.
Scroll down to the Integrations tab.
Find CompanyCam, then click Authorize.
You'll be redirected to CompanyCam. Sign in with your email address and password, then click Sign In.
You'll be redirected back to GAF Project's Integrations tab, now connected.

Matching CompanyCam and GAF Project Users
After you connect, the Integrations tab shows a list of Users from both platforms.
GAF Project automatically matches Users wherever their email addresses are identical between CompanyCam and GAF Project.
Click the pencil icon next to any unmatched User to link them manually.
