Before you start
To view invoices and receipts, you need to have the Admin role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; here's what they'll need.
The last 10 invoices will be available to view and download as a PDF.
If you need an invoice or receipt past the last 10, chat with Support or email [email protected].
On the web
Find Invoices
Log in to CompanyCam on a web browser.
Click on your User Icon and select Billing.
From the Billing page, select View Payment History under your Next Payment information.
Click View on the right side of the Invoice you'd like to download.
That's it! Your invoice should now be downloaded to your device as a PDF.
Find Receipts
To access your receipt, you must first download the corresponding invoice.
