Arrivy Operations Cloud™ helps home service and delivery businesses manage scheduling, dispatch, and customer communications. Connecting CompanyCam lets your Arrivy workflow automatically create a CompanyCam Project when a job reaches a stage you choose. Once that Project exists, the photos you take in CompanyCam become available to add to the texts, emails, and instant messages you send customers through Arrivy.
This feature is only available on the web app.
How the integration works
Connect your CompanyCam and Arrivy accounts, then choose the stage in your Arrivy workflow that should trigger a new CompanyCam Project. Arrivy offers a number of custom trigger and communication options, so refer to Arrivy's setup documentation to configure the integration for your workflow.
Once the Project is created, any photos you take in CompanyCam are available to add to communications you send from Arrivy.
Setting up the integration
Note: Only Admins can connect the Arrivy integration. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your account to set it up.
