Once a Page exists, you can shape it to fit the job. This article covers the editor toolbar, how to control which photo details show, how to lay photos out, how to add a cover page, and how to delete a Page you no longer need.
On the web
Using the editor toolbar
The editing tools sit at the top of the screen. From left to right: Header Size, Bold, Italic, Underline, Color, Checkbox, Bulleted List, Numbered List, Text Snippets, Insert Link, Add Photos, Add Table, Insert Cover Page, Undo, and Redo.
Including photo details
Open a Page, click the 3 Dots Icon at the top right, and click Page Settings.
Use the Settings Toggles to choose which details show, such as Capture Details, Photo Tags, Photo Location, and Photo Numbers.
Your choices apply to every photo on the Page.
Note: Photo details may look different depending on whether your photos are in List or Grid layout.
Adjusting the photo layout
Click into the photo section, then click the Layout Icon to set Photo Size, Layout, and Aspect Ratio.
Showing photo descriptions
Click the Three Dots Button on a photo block, then click Show Photo Text to pull in any descriptions attached to your photos.
Adding a cover page
Open your Page and click the + Icon. Then click Cover Page.
Add a title and photo. You can also edit location, date, and company details.
To remove it, hover over the cover page body until it fills grey, then click the Trash Can Icon below the title.
Deleting a Page
Open the Page, click the 3 Dots Icon at the top, then click Delete.
Adding headers
The header sits at the top of every page in your document.
Open your Page, then hover over the top of the page and click to add a header.
Click + Insert Field and choose the fields you want to include:
Document Title
Date
Author
Company Logo
Company Name
Company Phone
Company Address
Project Name
Project Address
Page Number
Adding footers
The footer sits at the bottom of every page and uses the same fields as the header.
Open your Page, then hover over the bottom of the page and click to add a footer.
Click + Insert Field and choose from the same fields listed above.
Note: Page breaks are added automatically. They can't be moved or turned off. The grey space between pages marks each break.
Adding a section block
Open the Page you want to edit and click the + Icon in the toolbar.
Choose Photo Section, Table Section, or Notes Section to drop that block straight into your Page.

Using the editor toolbar
The editing tools sit in the toolbar within the keyboard. From left to right: Take a Photo, Insert Cover Page, Header, Bold, Italic, Underline, Undo, Redo, Checkbox, Bulleted List, and Numbered List. Slide the toolbar to see Numbered List.
Adding photo descriptions
Open your Project, and navigate to a Page.
Tap the Add Photos Icon in the toolbar, choose your photos, then tap Next.
Tap the Three Dots Icon, then toggle on Photo Text.
Photo Text pulls any descriptions attached to those photos onto the Page.
Including photo details
Open the Page and tap the Three Dots Icon at the top.
Tap Page Settings.
Use the Settings Toggles to choose which photo details show.
Adjusting the photo layout
Open the Page, tap into the photo section, then tap the Layout Icon and choose how your photos appear. Tap out of the menu to apply.
Adding a cover page
To remove it, tap the Trash Can Icon at the top of the cover page.
Deleting a Page
Open the Page, tap the Three Dots Icon in the upper-right corner, tap Delete Page, then confirm.
Adding a section block
Open the Page, tap the + Icon within the toolbar. Then, choose Photo Section, Table Section, or Notes Section to drop that block straight into your Page.
