Responding to Reviews in Marketing Suite

View and respond to your Google reviews directly from CompanyCam without logging into Google.

Marketing Suite pulls your Google reviews into CompanyCam so you can respond and request new reviews without platform switching. Responses sync back to Google automatically.


On the web

Note:

  • Marketing Suite is a paid add-on.

  • Marketing Suite is only available on the web app.

View reviews

There are two paths to reply to Reviews:

  1. Log in to CompanyCam on the web app and click Marketing in the left navigation bar > Dashboard and scroll down to see your 4 most recent unanswered reviews at a glance. To view more, click View Reviews.

  2. Click Marketing in the left navigation bar > Reviews to view up to 50 of your most recent reviews, displaying the star rating, customer name, date, and full review text.


Respond to reviews

Note: Only Admin and Manager roles can access and respond to reviews in Marketing Suite.

  1. To reply to a new Review or edit a reply you've already submitted, click Reply/Edit Reply on that review.

  2. When finished, click Send Reply/Update Reply.


Multiple locations

If you have more than one Google Business Profile connected, use the location dropdown at the top of the page to switch between locations and manage reviews per location. To add another Google Business Profile, click Add Location.


Request a review

Note:

  • Only Admin and Manager roles can request reviews through Marketing Suite on the web.

  • Standard and Restricted users can still request Reviews through the Project page.

  1. Click Reviews under Marketing in the left navigation bar.

  2. Click Request Review in the top-right corner of the Reviews page.

  3. Copy your review link and send it directly to your customer.


FAQs

Can customers attach photos to a review request I send?

Customers can view photos you've included in a review request, but they have to manually attach photos to their Google review themselves due to a Google limitation.

Does my reply post to Google immediately?

Replies sync to Google automatically once submitted. There may be a short delay before the response appears publicly on your Google Business Profile.
