Before you start
You must have active accounts with both CompanyCam and monday.com
Integrations require specific plan levels. Ensure that you’re on a paid plan in CompanyCam and the correct plan in monday.com to utilize this integration.
To start integrating the two, you need to have the Admin role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; here's what they'll need.
What is monday.com?

Setup
Open CompanyCam. On the left-hand side, under Resources, click Integrations.
Find the Monday.com card and click it.
Click Connect in the top right corner.
If the CompanyCam app is not already installed in your monday.com account, a pop-up will appear. Click Save to start the installation process.
Please note: If the app is already installed, you’ll be taken directly to Step 6.
You’ll be redirected to the monday.com website, where you can choose to grant access to either All Workspaces or Specific Workspaces. After making your selection, click Install.
Please note: that if you’re not an Admin in monday.com, a banner will appear, and you won’t be able to continue.
Next, you’ll be taken to authorize the integration. Click Authorize to continue.
After authorizing, you’ll return to the setup screen in CompanyCam. Select the workspace you want and click Save. Keep in mind you can connect to only one workspace at a time.
Once saved, you can link an existing monday.com board to that workspace. Click the Link Board to get started. You can link multiple boards simultaneously.
This will take you to the board mapping process. Before starting, ensure your monday.com board has these required columns:
Title/Name
Status (Event Trigger)
Address
Files
Plus any additional columns you'd like included
In Step 1, select the Board you want to start mapping.
Step 2 will then appear, allowing you to begin the mapping and event trigger process. Keep in mind that the event trigger is what pushes the integration to create a new Project in CompanyCam from your board columns.
Please note: Photos, Videos, and Files will only sync if a destination item is selected and set to Files, and the board includes a Files column.
Once you’ve chosen all required options, click Create.
Your integration is now connected! To link additional boards, click Link Board and repeat steps 7 to 9.
How it works
This integration allows you to choose which monday.com boards sync with CompanyCam! Customizable field mapping allows you to choose which monday.com columns populate CompanyCam Project fields (e.g., Project name, address, status). Flexible triggers allow you to decide what events in monday.com create new CompanyCam Projects.
Then, once you capture content in CompanyCam, you can choose if they want to sync CompanyCam Photos/Videos, Files, or both back to the corresponding monday.com item. A deep Project link can be added to the monday.com item for one-click access to the CompanyCam Project, and visual updates appear in real-time back in monday.com!
Log in to your monday.com account and navigate to your integrated workspace.
Select the Board you linked, either from the left-hand menu or directly in the workspace.
To create a new customer, click either New Customer Name, + Add Customer Name, or the custom field name used on your board.
This will create a new contact (or row) on your linked board, allowing you to enter the necessary information. Be sure to complete all required fields you configured in the mapping settings.
Once you’ve entered all the required information, be sure to set your event trigger (e.g., Status = Working on it).
This trigger is essential for the system to automatically create a new Project in CompanyCam with the Project Label 'Monday.com'.
You can then open the Project in CompanyCam and start uploading Photos, Videos, and Files.
As long as your board has a Files column, the uploaded items will sync back to that column in Monday.com.
Please Note: Any changes made later to the Name/Title or Address columns in monday.com will automatically update the corresponding information in the linked Project in CompanyCam.
